PURPOSE: A cooling and heating water system for a peltier element using a structure is provided to improve the driving efficiency of a peltier element and minimize noises during the operation. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating water system for a peltier element comprises a first tank and a peltier module(300). Water is stored inside the first tank. The peltier module is connected to the first tank and produces the hot or cold water by circulating the water in the first tank. The peltier module comprises one or more peltier elements(310) and a first flow path structure(320). Each peltier element comprises a cooling surface(310a) and a heating surface(310b) whose both ends are independently cooled and heated by current application. The first flow path structure contacts one of the cooling surface and the heating surface with one peltier element interposed.
