PURPOSE: A camera module with a hand shake correction device is provided to minimize the current consumption for operating an auto focus operating unit by decreasing the weight which the auto focus driving unit supports. CONSTITUTION: A camera module with a hand shake correction device comprises a lens part(110), a housing(120), an auto focus driving unit, a suspension member(140), a case(150), a circuit board, and a compensating actuator(170). The lens part changes the image of an object to a specific magnification. The housing holds the lens part so that the lens part is driven in an optical axial direction. The auto focus driving unit is installed at the lens part and the housing in order for the lens part to be driven in the optical axial direction. The suspension member supports the housing in parallel to the optical axial direction so that the housing is movable in the direction orthogonal to the optical axial direction. The suspension member is fixed to the case and the case holds the housing. The circuit board is mounted on the lower of the case and the image sensor is installed on the circuit board. The compensating actuator compensates the displacement due to housing shake.
