PURPOSE: A drill and a drilling machine using the same are provided to maximize drilling efficiency by discharging drilled soil without a hitch, and to harden the inner surface of a drilled hole. CONSTITUTION: A drilling machine(10) using a drill comprises a vehicle body(12), a head part(13), and a drill(30). The vehicle body has a rolling part(11). The head part is installed in the vehicle body and has a chuck and a drive part. The drill is rotatably installed in the head part and has a spiral screw part and a hardening unit. The hardening unit hardens the inner surface of a drilled hole.
