PURPOSE: A method for producing eggs having immune egg yolk antibody is provided to prevent pathogenic infection and to ensure safety and high quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing eggs containing specific immune antibody comprises: a step of preparing antigen to disease pathogen of Escherichia coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurum, and Helicobacter pylori; a step of adding 70% of emulsifier to 30% of antigen and mixing; a step of manufacturing antigen for forming immune; a step of inoculating 0.8 ml of antigen to a 19 to 20 weeks old layer hen and inoculating three weeks after the first inoculation; a step of additionally inoculating every three month; and a step of collecting eggs and measuring antibody value.
