MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TEA USE OF CEREALS AND SANG-HWANG MUSHROOM MYCELIUM

PURPOSE: A tea manufacturing method using grain Phellinus linteus hypha is provided to conveniently take in beneficial components of Phellinus linteus hypha which is gained by inoculating Phellinus linteus hypha spawn in grains to make tea. CONSTITUTION: A tea manufacturing method using grains Phellinus linteus hypha comprises the following steps: dipping grains in water for 6 hours or more and taking up the grain in water; sterilizing the dipped grains in 121°C for 10 hours to make a grain medium; inoculating Phellinus linteus spawn 10g in a grain medium; making the Phellinus linteus hypha by cultivating the grain medium for 1 ~ 2 months; cutting the Phellinus linteus hypha in 2 cm size; drying the cut Phellinus linteus hypha for 1 day or more; pulverizing the dried Phellinus linteus hypha to 0.1-2mm; parching the pulverized Phellinus linteus hypha 0.1-2mm for 5 minutes; and wrapping the parched Phellinus linteus hypha.
