PURPOSE: A fruits and plants process-molding machine is provided to restrict protrusion of a cutting-blade pipe towards the top of a main body by a stopper ring when an operating cover is separated. CONSTITUTION: A fruits and plants process-molding machine includes the following: a main body(1) in which the inside is penetrated; an elastic member(14) installed inside of the main body; a cutting-blade pipe(2) installed on the top of the elastic member; an operation cover(3) rotating a molded product and combined on an upper part of the main body. A stopper ring(5) is installed in the upper inner side of the main body. The molding machine includes a combining screw hole(15) and a fastening hole(51a).
