SOLAR CELL AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for fabricating the same are provided to omit a process for changing a target by forming a buffer layer and an additional electrode using one target. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A light absorbing layer(300) is formed on the first electrode. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorbing layer under a gas atmosphere including oxygen. A second electrode is formed on the buffer layer. The buffer layer and the second electrode are formed using an identical target(700).
