PURPOSE: A novel marker for diagnosing liver cancer is provided to improve diagnosis accuracy and reliability and to predict liver cancer accurately. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing and predicting liver cancer contains a marker for diagnosing liver cancer. The marker for liver cancer contains a nucleotide sequence of S100P, NK4, CCL20, CSPG2, PLAU, MMP12, ESM-1, ABHD7, HCAPG, CXCL-3, Col5A2, MAGEA, GSN, CDC2, CST1, MELK, ATAD2, FAP or MSN and complementary sequence thereof, or antibody which specifically binds to the protein encoding the nucleotide sequence, or aptamer. The kit is a microarray for gene amplification and immunoassay.
