PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for scheduling in a wireless communication system are provided to ensure the signal quality of a user by adaptively determining a transmission antenna and an optimal MCS level in consideration of a channel state formed by an antenna. CONSTITUTION: A scheduler includes the followings. A transmitted-packet reception and control block(110) receives a data packet transmitted in an upper end, and includes a memory block(120). The memory block stores the received data packets at a memory according to each user and each TC(Traffic Category). The transmitted-packet scheduler block(130) controls the stored data packets.
