PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a hollow fiber membrane module and a manufacturing method of the hollow fiber membrane module are provided to minimize the number of processes required for manufacturing the hollow fiber membrane module and to prevent damage to the hollow fiber membrane during a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a hollow fiber membrane module comprises the following: a working table(210) having a cutting region; a fixing device(220) for fixing the hollow fiber membrane bundle; a cutting unit(230) for cutting the hollow fiber membrane bundle in a location corresponding to the cutting region; a heating unit heating the cutting unit. The manufacturing device of the hollow fiber membrane module further includes an insulating material(250). A cutting hole is formed in the cutting region of the working table.
