PURPOSE: A scalable deblock filtering of the metric-based of image data for selecting a deblock filter accomplishing the allowable balance of the image data is provided to avoid over-filtering by determining the number of pixels applied to the selected de-block. CONSTITUTION: A first block and data which is about the second block is accessed(31). The artifacts count pitches about the bundle-branch block(32). The activity drawing of the bundle-branch block pitches(33). The artifacts counts and action diagram about either side blocks is together used for selecting the de-block filter in a filter bank(34). The selected de-block filter is the number of the pixel values of blocks applied to is selected(35). |
