PURPOSE: A steel concrete composite beam with a wire mesh and a construction method using the same are provided to prevent fine cracks on a concrete member, and to maintain structural strength of the composite beam. CONSTITUTION: A steel concrete composite beam with a wire mesh comprises a steel frame(10), a concrete member(12), embedded reinforcing bars(20), and wire meshes(22). The steel frame is extended in a longitudinal direction. The concrete member embeds a part of the steel frame. The embedded reinforcing bars are embedded in the concrete member in a longitudinal direction. The wire meshes are embedded in the concrete member by bending both ends of the wire meshes.
