PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of chocolate containing acanthopanax is provided to keep intrinsic flavor and taste of chocolate, and to offer beneficial and profitable function of acanthopanax to chocolate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of chocolate containing acanthopanax comprises the following steps: making dried acanthopanax into fine powder(S10); manufacturing concentrate by freeze-drying the fine powder(S20); gaining powder materials by removing a solvent in the concentrate(S30); manufacturing base chocolate by melting each ingredients in 40-60°C(S40); agitating powder samples and the base chocolate in 25-30°C(S50); injecting and molding a mixture(S60); and cooling the molded mixture(S70). |
