The device (1) has a monoblock housing (2) with generation and emission units (4) to generate a control signal of a functional unit and to emit the signal to a motor vehicle via wireless transmission. An electric power source (5) has a converter i.e. electromagnetic unit, converting kinetic energy of displacement of the device into electrical energy and connected to energy storage units (6). The electromagnetic unit is constituted of a coil (52) and a cylindrical magnet (53) which are movable relative to each other. Cover plates (54, 55) are provided at ends of a tubular element (51). The cover plates are made of damping and anti-noise material. The housing is made of elastic material or semi-elastic material. The generation and emission units are radiofrequency transmitters or infrared transmitters. The energy storage units are capacitors, accumulators and/or batteries.
