The method involves stacking concrete block assemblies by a layer having uniform height to form a single assembly, where the assemblies are realized such that a lower layer (1) comprises passages and vertical channels (4) emerging from peripheries and an upper layer (2) does not have channels emerging from peripheries. Blocks for forming concrete block assemblies are maintained together by a retaining unit exteriorly enclosing a storage assembly. Layered blocks for forming the passages are oriented such that lower faces of the layered blocks are attached in peripheries of the lower layer. An independent claim is also included for a molded agglomerated concrete block for facilitating handling of a storage and handling assembly.
