<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to form a touch cell by 3 terminal type switching element and conducting pad, thereby preventing shortening of a lifetime by a bending of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A touch cell(60) comprises a 3 terminal first switching device, a conductive pad, a 3 terminal type second switching device, and capacitor. When a touch unit is touched to the conductive pad, a touch position detector receives a position detection signal through the second signal line according to the state change of the first switching element and the second switching element. The touch position detector obtains the coordinate signal of the touch cell through the location detector signal.</p> |
