COLOR FILTER SUBSTRATE FOR IN-PLAIN SWITCHING MODE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A color filter substrate for in-plain switching mode liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by forming a back plate of a color filter substrate with indium-tin-oxide of 1/20. CONSTITUTION: The back plate of the first thickness is formed in the rear side of the insulating substrate(110). The back plate(113) of the first thickness is formed with a transparent conductive compound. The black matrix(115) is formed on the back plate while having a plurality of openings upon the top side of the substrate. The color filter layer(120) is formed with a plurality of openings surrounded by the black matrix. The overcoat layer(125) is formed over the color filter layer and black matrix.
