PURPOSE: An FRP plate tension device and a method for repairing and reinforcing a structure using the same are provided to prevent excessive stress concentration applied to a fixing device by fixing the fixing device to a structure. CONSTITUTION: An FRP plate tension device(100) comprises a fixing supporter(140) and a C-shaped supporter. The fixing supporter accepts an upper body of a fixing device(110). A cover plate(144) is formed in one side of the fixing supporter. The front surface and the bottom surface of the cover plate are opened. The C-shaped supporter is integrally fixed to the cover plate.
