PURPOSE: A freezing apparatus is provided to easily manage cells without damage to the cells using information recognition in an information transmitting device. CONSTITUTION: A freezing apparatus comprises a straw(100) to which frozen sample is injected; an information transmitter(200) for wirelessly sending information to the frozen information; a recording media(212) which transmits information from a memory chip(211); and a guide pipe(213) in which the memory chip at one side and the information transmitter is fixed at the other media. The memory chip the frozen sample information with RFIC chip.
