PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for treating acne is provided to ensure antibacterial activity to propionibacterium acnes and to remove comedo. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for treating acne contains a herb fermentation extract which is obtained by yeast or lactobacillus. The herb materials are glycyrrhizae radix, angelicae tenuissimae Radix, agastachis Herba, Platicodi Radix, cervi Parvum Cornu, angelicae gigantis Radix, jujube, cordyceps, saussureae Radix, hoelen, angelicae dahuricae Radix, cause of death, thymi Herba, pomegranate, tricholoma matsutake, ganoderma, linderae Radix, gentianae scabrae Radix, ginseng, paeoniae Radix, caryophylli Flos, gleditsiae Spina, aurantii nobilis Pericarpium, and atractylodis Rhizoma. The lactobacillus is Lactobacillus sp., Streptococcus sp., Leuconostoc sp., or Bifidobacteria sp. The composition is used in the form of skin lotion, milk lotion, nutrition cream, massage cream, pack, gel, lip stick, makeup base, or foundation. |
