<p>PURPOSE: A photosensitive electrode paste, an electrode which is formed using the same, and a plasma display device including the electrode are provided to prevent the generation of residue of a black matrix in a development while maintaining enough photo-crosslinkable property. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive electrode paste(140) includes organic binder 3 ~ 9 wt%, photopolymerizable monomer 3.5 ~ 6.5 wt%, glass frit 2 ~ 10 wt%, silver powder 50 ~ 70 wt%, solvent 8 ~ 11 wt%, and oligomer 4 ~ 10 wt%. The acid value of the oligomer is 30 ~ 100 mg KOH/g. The organic binder includes a carboxyl group. The solvent is includes one or more which are selected from a-terpinol, butyl carbitol acetate, texanol, butyl carbitol, and dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether. The average granularity of the glass frit is 0.5 ~ 2μm.</p> |
