<p>PURPOSE: A conductive paste composition is provided to improve rheological properties including flowage and storage stability due to excellent dispersion of carbon nanotubes, to have high conductivity, and to be sintered at a low temperature less than 150°C. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste composition comprises 20 ~ 70 weight% of a silver particle having a mean size of 1 ~ 250 nm and 0.01 ~ 2 weight% of carbon nanotubes. The composition contains a solvent which is selected from ketone, alpha-terpinol, glycol, and alcohol and a binder which is selected from a group comprising an acryl-based compound, a vinyl-based compound, nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, and a modified resin.</p> |
