A RFID FIBER TAG WITH AN ANTENNA PATTERN USING AN ELECTRIC-THREAD

PURPOSE: An RFID fiber tag with an antenna pattern made of electric thread are provided to enable the direct sewing of an electric thread to a fiber and clothing and to form a RFID antenna pattern made of electric thread, thereby spreading the use of RFID tags in the fiber/clothing field. CONSTITUTION: An electric thread is sewed on fiber(11) in a characteristic shape. An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification System) antenna pattern(10) is formed using the electric thread. An RFID tag chip is installed between the electric thread of the RFID antenna pattern. The electric thread forms a T-matching dipole antenna. The thickness of the electric thread is 2mm-3mm. The interval between the electric threads is 0.5mm-1mm. The RFID tag chip is mounted between the electric thread of the RFID antenna pattern on a tag chip strap.
