PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system, an information browsing support system and an information providing method which collect information with higher relevance to a specific Web page.

SOLUTION: A browsing information providing server 110 included in the information browsing support system 1 includes: an access history accumulation part 111 which stores a browsing document specification information (URL) being information for specifying a browsing document being a document which a user accesses by a communication terminal to be browsed as access history information by being associated with terminal specification information for specifying the communication terminal and access time by the communication terminal; and a neighboring URL totaling part (neighboring information creation means) 112 which creates neighboring information as information for specifying a neighboring document being a document with high frequencies at which a client portable terminal 100 which accesses the document to be specified by the browsing document specification information accesses before and after the document.
