<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding means drive device for an electronic part holding means capable of properly and favorably bringing an electronic part and a processing position of a processing mechanism into contact with each other, and to provide a method and a program for controlling the same. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 1405 drives an operation rod 1401 downward by using a servo motor 1403 as a drive source, and when an electronic part 3 held by a suction nozzle 1101 reaches a position for executing operation stored in a drive control pattern, the control device detects a drive current at that time. Thereafter, a drive current value of the servo motor 1403 starts to rise, and reaches a predetermined reference value corresponding to a proper load applied to the electronic part 3. In a state of this current value, the control device 1405 determines that the downward drive of the operation rod 1401 by the servo motor 1403 is properly executed, namely, determines that the electronic part is properly brought in contact with the processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
