<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which performs fixation between a heating coil and a coil base, without fail and excels in insulation and has high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The heating coil 3 is formed by a coil conductive wire 7, wherein an insulating layer 9 formed with PFA of tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinylether copolymer as a fluororesin with a high melting point is arranged on an outer periphery of an assembled wire 8, formed by twisting a strand of a conductor coated with an insulating layer or a conductive wire bundled by the strands and further; and a deposited layer 10 formed with PPS of a polyphenylenesulfide resin, having a melting point lower than that of the PFA is arranged on its outer periphery. After winding the coil conductive wire 7, the shape of the heating coil 3 is stabilized by mutually melting and fixing both deposited layers 10 of the adjacent coil conductive wires 7, and the deposited layer 10 and the coil base 4 are retained by gluing with an adhesive agent 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
