PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-protective film hardly causing breakage and wrinkle in the surface-protective film even when a synthetic resin plate or the like is heated and molded while holding the surface-protective film stuck thereto, and hardly leaving an adhesive layer to a molded product side even when the surface-protective film is peeled off. SOLUTION: The surface-protective film comprises: the surface layer composed of a polybutylene terephthalate; an adhesive layer composed of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 8-12 wt.%; and an intermediate layer composed of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 30-35 wt.%, or an adhesive polyolefin resin.
