PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-cell packaging bag having an unsealing means which cannot be unsealed unless it is intentionally unsealed. SOLUTION: A zipper 9 capable of opening/closing a storage part 8b on a back film 3 side is provided, and an unsealing tongue piece 4 with its fore end being directed to the inner side is formed by a cutout penetrating a side edge bonded part 5. When a surface film 1 and the back film 3 are sucked and pulled outwardly while the zipper 9 is closed, the storage part 8a on the surface film 1 side is opened. While the zipper 9 is opened, a division film 2 is sucked from the surface film 1 side via a suction hole 10, and the back film 3 is sucked and pulled outwardly, the storage part 8b on the back film 3 side is opened. Thus, only one suction hole 10 may be formed in the surface film 1. Since the unsealing is executed in two stages of forming an unsealing notch by tearing and removing the unsealing tongue piece 4, and tearing and unsealing of a bag with an unsealing notch being a starting point, any accidental unsealing which is not intentional can be prevented.
