<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a stable direct current power supply to an amplifying element of a buffer circuit with a simple configuration, and to stabilize an operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The high-frequency circuit includes: an oscillation circuit 10 for outputting a stabilized direct current voltage together with a high frequency signal; the buffer circuit 20 having a transistor 21 for buffer in order to output an oscillation signal output from the oscillation circuit 10 to a post-stage circuit; a bypass capacitor 23 connected between an output terminal 10a of the oscillation circuit 12 and an input terminal of the transistor 21 for buffer to transfer the oscillation signal to the base of the transistor 21 for buffer; and a bias resistor 24 connected to the bypass capacitor 23 in parallel to apply a stabilized voltage to the base of the transistor 21 for buffer.
