<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail transmission system for preventing a user from forgetting to check items to prevent wrong transmission before transmitting e-mail. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A check item screen creation part 134 acquires check item data corresponding to predetermined check items from electronic mail data to be transmitted, and creates a check item screen having a check acceptance part for accepting input for checking each of the acquired check item data, and displays the check item screen on a display part 154. A transmission control part 136 permits transmission of the electronic mail data only when all the check acceptance parts installed on the check item screen have accepted the input for checking.
