<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine provided with a reel rotating device, the game machine improving visibility for a specified symbol disposed on a reel or a specified part on the reel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes the reel rotating device provided with the reels where two or more kinds of symbols are disposed, a reel driving means for rotationally driving the reels, and a reel illumination means for illuminating the back surface of the reels. The reel includes a translucent reel band formed in an annular shape and provided with the symbols disposed on the surface, and a reel frame attached to the reel driving means and also attached to at least one opening edge end of the reel band through a sticking area formed at an annular rim part. In the reel frame, the sticking area corresponding to the position on the reel band where the specified symbol is disposed is formed to be smaller than the other sticking areas.
