<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and an information processing program, for automatically detecting a document applied with a minor change to an existing document. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The disclosed information processor has: a similar document selection means for calculating similarity between characteristic point information related to the existing document and characteristic point information related to one document in each existing document, and thereafter selecting the characteristic point information related to the highest-similarity existing document; a vanishing point information extraction means extracting vanishing point information that is information of a characteristic point not included in the characteristic point information related to the one document out of the characteristic point information related to the existing document selected by the similar document selection means; and a format change decision means calculating similarity between the vanishing point information related to the other documents and the vanishing point information extracted by the vanishing point information extraction means, and thereafter deciding that the one document is a document performed with a format change to the existing document based on the similarity.
