PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of reducing frictional resistance between a cleaning blade of a cleaning device and a photoreceptor drum, to restrain unnecessary friction of the photoreceptor drum thereby, to restrain cleaning performance from getting worse, to prevent tearing-off and an inversion phenomenon of the cleaning blade, and to restrain image quality from being deteriorated. SOLUTION: The image forming device 100 includes the cleaning device 19 having the photoreceptor drum 15, a drum motor not shown in Fig., a charger 16, an exposure device 17, a developing device 18, a developing bias electric power source 29, and the cleaning blade 21 for cleaning a surface of the photoreceptor drum 15, wherein the image forming device cleans the cleaning blade 21 by rotating the photoreceptor drum 15 reverse-wisely. In the image forming device, the developing device 18 includes a function of supplying toner to an abutting part between the cleaning blade 21 and the photoreceptor drum 15 when the photoreceptor drum 15 is rotated reverse-directionally.
