PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator module satisfying a frequency deviation specification by stabilizing a frequency temperature characteristic based on a crystal resonator. SOLUTION: In the oscillator module 8, an electronic component is mounted on a circuit board 10, the electronic component including a surface mount crystal oscillator 9A having a mounting terminal 7 on an outer bottom face. A ground electrode 11c is formed throughout the circuit board 10 other than circuit terminals 11a to which the mounting terminal 7 of the electronic component is connected and wiring paths 11b. The surface mount crystal oscillator 9A is covered with a recessed metal cover 12, and an opening end face of the metal cover 12 is electrically connected to the ground electrode 11c.
