<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve for a fuel tank capable of reducing flow resistance of fuel flowing in a fuel injection pipe and being made compact by reducing the number of parts. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This check valve 1 includes a body cylinder 10 having first step part 15 and second step part 16 for locking an end face of a pipe P and connected to a downstream side end part of the pipe P, a valve element 30 provided in a downstream part of the body cylinder 10, an annular sealing member 40 abutting on an inner peripheral surface of the body cylinder 10 and an outer peripheral surface of the pipe P, a holding cylinder 50 arranged on an upstream side of the body cylinder 10 to hold the annular sealing member 40 and having a locking part 55 in relation to the body cylinder 10, and a locking means projectingly provided from an inner periphery of the body cylinder 10 to be extended to the upstream side and engaged to an engaging hole P2 of the pipe P. The pipe P is mounted on the fuel tank T to be inclined from a vertical direction.
