<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of a scanner system for generating a front-side image and a back-side image by reading both front and back surfaces of a reading object. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This scanner control device 1 includes: a front-side image acquisition part 101 for acquiring a front-side image by reading the front surface of a reading object through a scanner; a back-side image acquisition part 102 for acquiring a back-side image by reading the back surface of the reading object through the scanner; a display control part 103 for displaying a total image obtained by horizontally or vertically arranging the front-side image and the back-side image with a space; and a storage control part 104 for storing the total image in a required storage device as single image data.
