<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium in which recording/reproduction of digital moving image information is available, and also to provide an information reproducing method, information recording method, and information reproducing device using this medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, cell time information includes a time code table related to the video object; duplicate reproduction of an identical place in a video object can be performed between different cells in different PGCs (Program Chain); a unit of an address managed within control information to which the cell time information and PGC information belong differs from a unit of an AV (Audio Video) address defined within an AV file; the cell time information includes information related to the number of specific units; and the time information related to reproduction for each specific unit in the video object is included in the time code table.
