PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor superior in work and waterproof properties by simply and adequately mounting an O-ring or the like which has been difficult to mount conventionally. SOLUTION: A waterproof structure of the motor is realized by attaching mounting a holder 6 to an opening 21 of a bracket 2 wherein a stator 44 and a rotor 42 are stored. A first opening 21a with a small diameter and a second opening 21b with a large diameter are provided in the opening 21 in order from the inside. The holder 6 has a fitting portion 64 to fit the holder to the opening 21 and a small diameter step 73 formed in a smaller diameter is formed at the tip side of the holder. The O-ring 16 is arranged between the small diameter step 73 and the first opening 21a and is press-fixed to the outside surface of the small diameter step 73 and to the inside surface of the first opening 21a.
