The present invention relates to a wireless communication system for a handover to a femto base station. The invention provides the wireless communication system including: femto subscriber information storage that stores an available-connection list listing femto base stations which allow the connection between each terminal and plural terminals; and a core network entity, a macro base station or a serving femto base station which receives and stores the available-connection list and requests the handover to a target base station if the target base station is included in the stored available-connection list when one terminal among the plural terminals requires the handover that designates the target base station as a femto base station. In addition, the invention provides the handover method of the core network entity and macro base station.
