摘要

An organic thin-film solar cell employing an organic photo-electric converting element that has a high photo-electric conversion efficiency and durability; and an organic semiconductor material constituting the organic photo-electric converting element.  The organic photo-electric converting element is characterized by including an organic layer containing a fullerene derivative at least having a partial structure represented by general formula (1), the layer being disposed between a transparent electrode and a counter electrode.
