PURPOSE: A plasma display apparatus is provided to prevent a damage of switching elements with stabling a driving by secluding a supply of a waveform and preventing a wrong operation of the switching elements. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel(100) includes an electrode. A driver secludes a supply of a drive waveform and maintains a voltage of the electrode in a minimum voltage maintaining period of a vertical synchronizing signal in case of exceeding the drive waveform provided to the electrode to one cycle period of the vertical synchronization signal. |
