PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small stationary terminal capable of being easily stored in a predetermined installation space and capable of using inexpensive means for efficiently performing uninterruptable instrument replacing work and transmission stopping/releasing work without a fear of erroneous connection of distribution lines. SOLUTION: The stationary terminal 1 includes a rod-shaped crimp-type terminal 2 or compression terminal to be connected to distribution lines and instruments. The distribution lines 1S, 2S, 3S, 3L, 2L, 1L are prevented from coming off a case 4 of the stationary terminal 1 by come-off preventing members 7a, 7b. The come-off preventing members 7b for the distribution lines 3L, 1L to be mounted/demounted during transmission stop/release are integrated with each other. The stationary terminal 1 further includes an internal cover 5, so that the distribution lines 3L, 1L to be mounted/demounted during transmission stop/release can be mounted/demounted in the state of fixing the other distribution lines 1S, 2S, 3S, 2L to the case 4. The crimp part 2a of the rod-shaped crimp-type terminal 2 or the compression part of the rod-shaped compression terminal has a contact portion with a short-circuit device.
