发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING SINTERED ORE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can produce a sintered ore having high strength in a high yield without degrading the air permeability of the whole charged layer, by supplying a diluted gas fuel. SOLUTION: The method for producing the sintered ore includes: a granulating step of obtaining a pseudo particle which has an external layer of limestone that is an auxiliary material and an agglomerating material formed on its surface; a charging step of forming the charged layer of a raw material which is the pseudo particle having the external layer thereon, on a cyclically moving pallet by charging the raw material which is the pseudo particle having the external layer thereon onto the pallet; an igniting step of igniting the carbon material in the surface of the charged layer by using an ignition furnace; and a gas fuel combustion step of producing a sintered cake by producing a diluted gas fuel by supplying the gas fuel into the air in the upper part of the charged layer to dilute the fuel, making a wind box arranged under the pallet aspirate the diluted gas fuel and the air into the charged layer with its aspirating force, and combusting the diluted gas fuel in the sintered layer and simultaneously combusting the carbon material in the charged layer by using the air aspirated into the charged layer.
