PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic resin sheet which is excellent in antifogging property, transparency and blocking resistance, and specially suitable for applications for molded articles. SOLUTION: The polylactic resin sheet includes a film C containing a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester A and a water-soluble acrylic polymer B on at least one surface of a polylactic resin base material, wherein a content of the polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester A in the film C is >20 to <50 mass% or >80 to <95 mass% with respect to 100 mass%.
