PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for manufacturing a cargo loading unit applicable even to a package of a different form and dimension. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the system and the method for manufacturing the cargo loading unit 4. This system includes two or more stations 8-10 for forming the cargo loading unit 4. In the first station 8, the cargo loading unit 4 is formed by collecting and arranging one or more packages 1.
