PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an inductance value while suppressing generation of disturbance electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: The variable inductor 10 includes a first coil 1, a second coil 2 which generates magnetic flux in a direction for canceling the magnetic flux generated by the first coil 1, a movable core 5 positioned between the first coil 1 and a second coil 2 and switching, and magnetic cores 3a, 3b of a closed magnetic path structure including the first coil 1, second coil 2, and movable core 5.
