PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information on another vehicle to be provided to a driver with high accuracy even when turn indicator information cannot be acquired. SOLUTION: The information provision device for a vehicle has: an information acquisition part 10 acquiring road information and moving body information from a roadside device 400; a first distance calculation part 20 calculating a first distance between a second spot and a first spot corresponding to a present position of the vehicle based on the road information; a reference position calculation part 30 calculating a position of a reference point of the vehicle based on an antenna position of the vehicle stored in advance and an antenna position of the vehicle measured when acquiring the road information; a second distance calculation part 40 calculating a second distance related to a track of the reference point when the vehicle moves from the reference point to a decision spot corresponding to the second spot, based on vehicle information; a lane change decision part 50 deciding whether or not the vehicle performs lane change, based on the result of comparing the calculated first distance with the second distance; and an information provision part 60 providing the information on a moving body around the vehicle when it is decided that the lane change is performed.
