摘要 <p>The pressure die-casting process comprises filling a respective dosage of a metal melt (10) into a casting chamber (4) and subsequently pressing the metal melt using a casting piston or in a closed mold cavity (3), and removing the cast parts after solidifying the melt. The filling step takes place in an auxiliary process time. During beginning the filling of the metal melt into the casting chamber, an opening (9) of the casting chamber is partially closed to the mold cavity. The closing of the mold and the filling of the casting chamber are simultaneously carried out. The pressure die-casting process comprises filling a respective dosage of a metal melt (10) into a casting chamber (4) and subsequently pressing the metal melt using a casting piston or in a closed mold cavity (3), and removing the cast parts after solidifying the melt. The filling step takes place in an auxiliary process time. During beginning the filling of the metal melt into the casting chamber, an opening (9) of the casting chamber is partially closed to the mold cavity. The closing of the mold and the filling of the casting chamber are simultaneously carried out and the filling of the casting chamber with the metal melt takes place during opening or closing the mold. After filling the casting chamber with a melt portion, the casting piston is steadily processable in the direction of a suction channel until the remaining chamber volume is completely filled and simultaneously an aeration of the chamber takes place. The closing step takes place in a magnetic-, thermal- or mechanical manner. The casting chamber is aerated by moving the casting piston. The solidification time of the tablets falls in the auxiliary process time. The opening is again tightly closed to the suction channel of the cavity after filling. A melt residue remains between the casting piston and the opening and partially solidifies during or after filling, where the opening closes in terms of a plug. The casting piston drives for a time point of the plug formation nearly at the opening. The plug is partially melted after further filling of the casting chamber. An independent claim is included for a device for pressure die-casting parts of metal alloys such as aluminum materials, magnesium materials or zinc materials.</p>
