PURPOSE: A charge sensing circuit of a BMS(battery management system) is provided to implement a smooth charge by obtaining a battery detection signal. CONSTITUTION: A charge sensing circuit comprises a charger(20), relay switches(RY1,RY2), and a sensing circuit. The relay switches are controlled by a BMS(Battery Management System). The relay switches are switched so that a secondary battery is connected to the charger. The sensor circuit obtains a charge detection signal. The charger sensor circuit automatically turns on the battery management system. |
