DYNAMIC DOHERTY POWER AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A dynamic Doherty power amplifier is provided to dynamically control a drain voltage which is uniformly supplied to a peaking amplifier and a drain voltage which is uniformly and simultaneously applied to a main amplifier and the peaking amplifier by installing a drain voltage controller. CONSTITUTION: A coupler(100) divides an input RF signal to a RFc1 signal and a RFc2 signal. A Doherty amplifier(200) outputs an amplified signal by amplifying the distributed RFc1 signal with a main amplifier and a peaking amplifier. A drain voltage control device(300) receives the RFc2 signal distributed by the coupler. The drain voltage control device controls the drain voltage provided from the Doherty amplifier.
